  I bought an old truck to drive to the dump now and then. I was smelling burning type smell and saw a puff of smoke come out from around the horn button area and lights were flickering and stuff. I didn't really have much money but stopped in to see what if anything he could do. He leaned down and looked at the fuse box and stepped back away and said all the fuses were gone and someone had cut the heads off bolts and was using those for fuses and one was actually a .22 bullet that was being used as a fuse. He said those are "essentially 500 amp slow blow fuse" and my truck could burn up any time and that was extremely dangerous and shouldn't be driven. I didn't have any money but made an appointment. Before I could make the appointment, all the wiring burned up parked in front of my house. He sure knows what he's talking about, I'll give him that!
