  My wife and I came into this store to have a sim card put in, there was one worker and 2 customer in the store. There was no acknowledgement from the girl working after 15 minutes wondering around the store which was half empty of product to look at, I told my wife it was time to go loud enough for the employee to hear and again no acknowledgement from her. We went up to the south hill store and after 5 minutes in the store here comes the other people who was waiting at the store we left and they explained that they had waited 45 minutes without any help. This employee needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can speak to people. I will never go back to this place.
