- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★January 07, 2020, by Jin LeeGot the lower end pen that stopped working after about a month. Contacted Panda Team for some help and they were super helpful and nice to work with. Apparently there's no warranty for the lower end models but after going through some troubleshooting Panda Team decided to send me a replacement :) if that's not customer service I don't know what is. It's my first purchase from Phat Panda but from my experience with them I'll definitely purchase their products again. Thank you Panda Team!
