  Do NOT buy products from Lumber Liquidators! They are unethical and dishonest. When giving me a quote Keith (store manager) referred me to installers (brothers Mike and Alex) and said the install would be $1.99 sq/ft. When you use Mike and Alex independently (outside of LL) he is $1.40 sq/ft. In other words, they tried to mark up my install by $687 simply for giving me a referral! Then they told Mike and Alex were not allowed to do the work for me at $1.40 sq/ft because I was "their" customer and told him they would no longer refer any clients to him if he did my work outside of their involvement. Needless to say they must think they are super special and don't understand that laminate choices and installers are a dime a dozen.** Note that Mike and Alex gave LL 5 stars after my post. I am sure they will try to go in and get other friends and family to make positive posts to "up" LL's rating. BUYER BEWARE!

  Do not purchase from them!! My husband and I bought some flooring, they loaded us up and 2 of the boxes were damaged. We changed our mind on the flooring, brought it back and they would not refund us for the damaged boxes and then told me that we had opened them up and that's why they were damaged. They were never opened, and when I told them that they said I was lying. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The flooring is junk and the customer service is even worse!
