  I was in this location doing A LOT of Black Friday shopping. My experience at this location was exceptional! You were sufficiently staffed and your staff was friendly. I want to give John, in the tool department a special shout out. Not only did he help us with our many tool needs, he helped us load our large purchase(s) once we were done shopping. Also, Carolyn, who was just looking to stock extension cords and didn't work in the seasonal department went out of her way to help us with the many outdoor Christmas decorations we purchased. Thank you John and Carolyn and the fella who helped with the leaf blower who's name I forgot... I'm so sorry... for the outstanding customer service! It's because of people like you that many of us return! Happy holidays!!

  Refused to pull 2 pallets of patio blocked I needed for a project. Stating the couldn't because there was snow on the ground in the lawn and garden area. It's 40 degrees out and it's melting he said they couldn't shovel it so I told him I'd do it and he still refused. Terrilble service. I told the manager Roger he will be loosing a sale he said he Doesn't care. Well I'll never be going back to this place again.
