I went to shell for propane and Tim an employee would not sell any because he didn't feel like it . well I will never go to a shell station again! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ha! Because he didn't feel like it.........WOW! Unbelievable.

Dissatisfied with the attendie(s) and management. Went to use my kickbackpoints on a $.99 brisk tea and the girl doesn't know how to redeem them. You're kidding me.. and not to mention the owner was in the store too and doesn't know how to use the kickback system either!? But yet the main 2 employees who's been there longer then the "new" girl hasn't yet showed her HOW TO. Lazy. Just lazy.
