  Buyer beware! We purchased an alarm and camera system from ADT in February of 2017 for our warehouse in DuPont, WA. During the installation, the installer apparently quit. Now, this is not ADT's fault because they outsource all of their installs, but ADT did not communicate this to us and frequently lied about the progress or lack thereof. Once the install was finally finished, 4 months after the install was supposed to be, we were left with a camera system that barely functions, for which we paid 20k for. I cannot even load all of my cameras at the same time, and I have to manually load each camera everytime I log in. Currently, ADT and the sales rep have declined to respond to my countless emails for questions I have with this poor system. Take the time and find another vendor as these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
